What a home inspection costs
Every inspection is quoted on the address, because size, age, suites and crawlspaces all change the job. Thermal imaging, the same-day report and follow-up questions are included in every price. Nothing is added at the door.

What changes a quote
Finished floor area, the age of the home, a secondary suite or laneway house, crawlspace entry, and travel to Squamish or Bowen Island.

Paying
Prices are before GST. Payment is due before the report is released.

Most inspections are booked within a day or two. If you’re in a subject-removal window, say so.
