Home inspections in Squamish & Bowen Island

By arrangement. Squamish is a short drive up the Sea to Sky, and Bowen Island is a ferry from Horseshoe Bay. A travel adjustment applies.

Squamish

Much of Squamish’s housing is newer: townhouses and detached homes from the 2000s onward in Garibaldi Estates, the Highlands and Brackendale, alongside older houses downtown. Wind, rain and snow load are harder on roofs, windows and decks than in the city, and many homes are on or near floodplain land, so grading and drainage get close attention.

Bowen Island

Bowen homes range from cottages to large new builds. Many have private wells and septic systems. Those are outside the scope of a home inspection: we describe the visible equipment and recommend specialists for testing, as the sample report shows. Ferry timing is built into the booking.

Booking

Tell us the address and your subject-removal date and we’ll confirm a day. Allow a little extra lead time for Bowen Island. See pricing for the travel adjustment.
