Home inspections for realtors and their clients
Your clients need a clear answer inside a short window. Here’s what to expect when you refer them to Watch House.
What your clients get
- Scheduling around the subject-removal date, usually within a day or two
- An unhurried inspection and a calm walk-through on site
- A same-day report with a short Summary of the significant items, written plainly
- Recommendations that name the trade and a rough timeframe, which helps when negotiating
- Follow-up calls with the buyer for as long as they own the home
How we work with agents
We call things what they are, calmly. Nothing is dramatised to look thorough, and nothing is softened. We’re happy to walk through the Summary with you and your client together.
Watch House doesn’t pay or accept referral fees, from agents or anyone else. The client signs the inspection agreement and pays for the inspection, and the report belongs to them.
Booking for a client
Book online or call with the address, the client’s name and email, and the subject-removal date. We send the agreement and invoice to your client directly.
Listings and presales
For listing agents, a pre-listing inspection gets ahead of what a buyer’s inspector will find. For presale buyers, see presale and PDI walk-throughs.
Send the address. We’ll take it from there.
Most inspections are booked within a day or two. If you’re in a subject-removal window, say so.
